Form
Liquid or Lyophilized powder
Note: We will preferentially ship the format that
we have in stock, however, if you have any special requirement for the format, please remark your
requirement when placing the order, we will prepare according to your demand.
Buffer
If the delivery form is liquid, the default storage buffer is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 5%-50% glycerol.
If the delivery form is lyophilized powder, the buffer before lyophilization is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 6% Trehalose, pH 8.0.
Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw
cycles.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature
and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized
form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.
Lead Time
3-7 business days
Notes
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

Description
Take your research to the next level with our Recombinant Rat Hemopexin. This specialized protein product, encoded by the Rat 'Hpx' gene, is at the heart of heme binding studies. Whether your work focuses on heme metabolism or broader physiological processes, our Hemopexin protein is crafted to meet your experimental requirements.
Our team meticulously develops this protein in an E.coli expression system, ensuring its structure spans the entire mature protein length from the 24th to the 460th amino acid. To optimize your work, we've appended an N-terminal 6xHis-tag to the protein, simplifying its purification and detection in your experiments. With a confirmed purity level exceeding 90% through SDS-PAGE analysis, the quality of this product is guaranteed. Choose between the convenience of a liquid form or the long-lasting stability of a lyophilized powder. Trust in our Recombinant Rat Hemopexin to deliver precise and dependable results.
